Within 10 minutes, you will receive an email from us. We will be writing from the address: info@hugizrecords.com. In the email, you will find information about the next steps and a special folder where you can submit your stems.
Export your stems and mixdown and upload them to the designated folder in the email. Simply drag and drop the files or click the upload button. Here is a guide on how to prepare the stems.
Send us your suggestions for the sound of the final version. Include reference tracks, which are tracks whose sound you like and want to emulate. This will ensure that we deliver the finished track to you faster and that it sounds exactly how you want it to.

If you're satisfied with the results of our mixing and mastering, we would be grateful if you could recommend us. For each person who orders from us based on your recommendation, we will do a mix for you for free! Thank you in advance 🙏
You will receive the first version of the mix within 72 hours of the stems delivery (on business days). We will send it to you via email. It's best to listen to the mix in a quiet environment with fresh ears.
Keep in mind that the first version of the mix may not be the final version. If you want to make any changes or go in a completely different direction, let us know.
We will make the necessary adjustments to the mix as soon as possible and send them to you via email.
Each version of the mix we upload is in WAV 24BIT 44,100KHZ format. Once you accept a specific version of the mix, you can upload it immediately, for example, to YouTube. However, if you need a file for internet streaming or CDs, let us know!
When you release your track, we would appreciate it if you could add the following to the description: "Mixing & Mastering - Hugiz Records" - this way, we can find your song and show some love 😉
You can purchase multiple mixes from us at once (for example, as part of a promotional offer) and use them at any time in the future. Upload your finished stems to a designated folder on Google Drive. You will receive a link to the folder in the email after your purchase.
You can upload the stems whenever you want, but please notify us via email at info@hugizrecords.com. We can then start the mixing immediately :)
